Iran Criticizes IAEA for "Obscuring Truth"
The charge was made following remarks by Rafael Grossi, the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), who stated that the agency lacked any evidence of a deliberate campaign by Iran to develop a nuclear weapon.
In reaction, Iranian Foreign Ministry representative Esmaeil Baqaei voiced sharp criticism through his verified X account, declaring, “This is too late, Mr. Grossi: you obscured this truth in your absolutely biased report that was instrumentalized by E3/U.S. to craft a resolution with baseless allegation of 'non-compliance.’”
Baqaei accused Grossi of favoring Western powers and helping shape an unjustified resolution based on false claims.
